The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the vibrant shopping district just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was a great perk, offering a variety of Japanese dishes that were absolutely delicious.
While the hotel itself was clean and tidy, the facilities and decor could benefit from some updating. The walls were somewhat thin, and noise from the hallway could be heard in the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful and welcoming even though some of them didn't speak English very well. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave me energy for the day ahead. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive and made me feel comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was walking distance from the vibrant city center and had great transportation options nearby.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel met all my needs and expectations.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast served on the ground floor. the hotel's convenient location near the tram stop and a convenience store made it easy for us to get around the city. We also appreciated the adequate desk space in the room, which allowed us to work and plan our daily activities.
the noise from the hallway was noticeable, and we had to close the windows and curtains for privacy as the view from our room was not pleasant.
